Heroes of Myth is an interactive novel by Abigail C. Trevor, developed by Choice of Games LLC and listed in the Role playing category. The story places the player in a world of magic, deception, and looming danger, where the central task is to decide whether to protect the realm or to pursue personal gain through manipulation.

Story and player decisions

The narrative follows the player through a web of lies, friendships, and supernatural threats. Choices shape the outcome, so the story unfolds according to the decisions the player makes. The central question is whether the player will embrace the role of a hero or deceive those who believe in them.

Illusions, alliances, and political intrigue

The player can craft illusions to deceive others and protect friends' secrets. Alliances also matter: the source describes choosing allies carefully and moving through political intrigue, so decisions about who to trust are part of how the plot develops.

Characters and romance options

The player can play as male, female, or non-binary. The source also mentions a cast of diverse characters to interact with and various romantic options, which give the player different relationships to pursue within the story.

Threats and challenges

The narrative includes demonic assaults and shadowy demons that the player must defend against. The source also refers to tournaments and to slaying century-old monsters, which add combat-related events to the story's political and personal conflicts.
